Walking act costume
A walking act costume is a costume worn by a human. It almost always represents a mascot. The basic structure usually consists of polyfoam, which is then cut to form the basic shape. The polyfoam is sanded and modelled accordingly and then covered with plush fabrics or stuffed and printed textiles so that the actual design gets moulded. Applications such as embroideries, prints or rubber soles are attached and the clothing (if available) is tailored to suit the wearer of the individual walking act. The finished walking act is used as a costume at trade fairs or events of all kinds. The individual design and the mascot character help to attract attention and achieve a great advertising effect.

Super Soft Velboa plush is also suitable for allergy sufferers and can be washed in the washing machine at 30° Celsius or at around 85 degree Fahrenheit (cold water).
Stuffing wool for plush toys
PP or PET wool is mostly used as filling wool for stuffed animals. Such wool does not clump, is harmless to health, suitable for allergy sufferers and washable. In addition, the PP wool used is particularly fluffy, durable and stable, which ensures that our plush toys have a long and cuddly life.
Toy standards and plush
Of course, the focus is on the safety and the high quality of plush toys. For plush toys the specific local requirements of the country have to be fulfilled. As an example, the US toy safety standards according to the ASTM F963 or the EU toy safety standards according to EN71 are applicable in the US and the EU. All plush toys must be manufactured according to these norms. Among other things, it must be checked whether the material used is free of toxic substances and heavy metals, to what extent all parts have been sewn on so that no parts can be swallowed, but also the flammability must be checked and to what extent the colors used are also saliva-proof. The US and EU toy standards provide for a large number of tests. The toy standards are regularly renewed and adapted according to the latest findings.
