Ablauf einer individuellen Maskottchen Kostüm Produktion
Zuerst nehmen wir Ihre Designvorlage/ Ihre Designidee und transformieren Sie in ein neues Layout, das auf die Maße eines Walk Act Kostüms und deren Träger Rücksicht nimmt. Nachdem das Layout steht und durch Sie bestätigt wurde, werden die passenden Stoffe und Materialien ausgesucht. Jedes Kostüm ist anders und nicht immer kommen gleiche Materialien zum Einsatz. Oft läuft die Produktion dann folgendermaßen ab:
- Der Korpus wird aus PU Schaumplatten zusammengesetzt und in Form geschliffen.
- Die Füllung kommt hinzu und die Einzelheiten werden modelliert.
- Die Stoffe werden zurechtgeschnitten und Schnittmuster werden passend zur Größe erstellt.
- Danach wird das Kostüm mit dem Plüschstoff bezogen.
- Nachdem das Maskottchen Kostüm fast fertig ist, werden die Applikationen und Add-Ons aufgelegt (z.B. Augenbrauen, Mund, Shirts etc.). Davon erhalten Sie Bilder zur Freigabe, denn diese können noch geändert werden, bevor sie fixiert, gedruckt oder gestickt werden. Zu guter Letzt werden die Kopfteile unserer Kostüme mit einem rutschfesten Helmteil und Ventilatoren für einen angenehmeren Tragekomfort eingebaut. Dann ist der Walking Act fertig für den Versand. Auf Wunsch fertigen wir Ihnen auch passend dazu Taschen und Kisten.
